I have often wondered why we as a technologically advanced society, having advanced in so many areas since we first set foot on the Moon back in '69 have never returned. Of course there are many interesting conspiracies theories and ideas about why this has not happened and yet not one definitive answer that we can all agree on. Even NASA (Never A Straight Answer) has refrained for pinpointing the reason for the public, preferring to simply side step the issue. In The Moon, Earth's First Space Station I use critical thinking, research and books, interesting facts and speculation to arrive at some unique conclusions.
What better way to observe the human race than to take an already existing planet, tow it into Earth's orbit, hollow out it's interior, modify it's orbit so that one side is the only side seen from Earth and set up shop. Consider for a moment an advanced Humanoid space faring race intent on populating the Galaxy, upon finding a suitable planet one would need a observatory that would go unnoticed, why not hide in it plain sight.
The Moon is unreachable yet close enough to keep an eye on your developing hybrid species. What better way to populate the galaxy than to introduce your DNA into any native species found occupying the Worlds that you wish to occupy. This is the main point to my article, The Moon, Earth's First Space Station is an artificial structure of intelligent design, just not our intelligence or design.
I have been paying close attention to the Moon for months now ever since I began noticing that it was behaving oddly and I began looking into, not only it's erratic orbit which I discuss in The Moon Also Rises, but the anomalies associated with it. In, Two Moons Get Real, I discuss some of the disinformation being spread by the mainstream media about the Moon.
A fellow Hub writer extraordinaire known as Sparkster has published a series of articles on this very subject that are well written and worth reading.
The fact that most, if not all, of the Moon's craters are too shallow for their immense width and size, is truly startling and has lead to the speculation that just beneath the surface of the Moon lies an extremely durable and hard layer of some unknown material of incredible strength.
The fact that the Moon is too big to be a satellite ( a quarter of the size of the Earth ) and has a perfect orbit as compared to other satellites that orbit Planets in our Solar System, is interesting in the fact that no scientist can explain it.
The fact that only one side of the Moon EVER faces the Earth, hence the term Dark Side of the Moon, is also very interesting and cannot be explained satisfactorily.
The fact that many of the rocks brought back from the surface of the Moon have actually been dated older than the Earth, is fascinating and yet science has no satisfactory answers for this phenomenon. Two of the rocks brought back from the Apollo 12 mission have been dated at 20 billion years old.
Further more various experiments have created Moon quakes that have lasted for hours and many scientist speculate that this may mean the Moon is hollow.
This has lead many scientist to believe that the massive amount of UFO sightings around the Moon are actually originating from inside it. It should be noted that after the first initial flights to the Moon NASA changed their communication tactics with the astronauts to allow the Houston Space center to censor any and all radio signals. Before this change was made HAM radio operators could listen in on the communications . . . what were they hiding?
Because of it's distance from the Earth, the Moon which is considerable smaller than the Sun actually produces a perfect fit for a total eclipse, this occurs no where else in the solar system.
The famous science fiction writer Isaac Asimov had this to say about that strange coincidence:
"What makes a total eclipse so remarkable is the sheer astronomical reason why the Moon and the Sun should fit so well. It is the sheerest of coincidences, and only the Earth among all the planets is blessed in this fashion. "
He goes on to say that not only should the Earth not have a satellite but that its immense size (the Moon is over 2,000 miles in diameter) defies the natural laws of the Universe. Planets that are of the general mass and size of the Earth such as Mercury and Venus have no satellites. Earth with it's weak gravitational field should not have a satellites that is a fourth of its size, but more like 200 hundredth of its size, if at all.
The Moons gravity, as taught to all of us in school is one-sixth of Earth's, but what is very interesting and leads to much confusion, is that based on this information the equigravisphere in space between where the Earth's gravity no longer has any hold on a spacecraft and where the Moons gravity takes over is not where it should be. It actually is much closer to the Earth than it should be, so either Newton and Einstein's theories are wrong or NASA' information is wrong . . .
. . . but what if they are both right and wrong at the same time?
What if gravity actually has different laws in different parts of space? What I'm proposing is, and this is not an original thought, that all of the calculations done about space, the speed of light and gravity have one thing in common . . . they are calculated from the perspective of living on the planet Earth, which has limited our ability to think beyond our own three dimensional confines.
Just as a Black Hole is capable of capturing light and holding it so that it cannot escape, what if the reverse is true also. The further light moves away from the gravity of planetary bodies the faster it goes.
I suggest that many scientist's suspect this (read The Source Field Investigations by David Wilcock) and that by keeping the common man from learning the true nature of our Universe it in affect traps us in our own limited view or perspective of what is possible.
The book Dark Moon by Mary Bennett (Only Planet of Choice) and David S. Percy (Two Thirds) goes into great detail about many such subjects. They do not reject commonly held beliefs but they just add interesting theories and explain scientific facts that are not commonly known and that NASA has deliberately withheld from the public.
They do however reject the premise that the known astronauts such as Armstrong, Cooper and Aldrin ever made it to the Moon, at least not with Apollo technology and probable never left the Earth's orbit. They offer compelling evidence to support this, however they are convinced that we did actually go to the Moon and when we said we did.
Their book Dark Moon is very interesting and I won't ruin the premise by explaining it to my readers but it is very good, if a bit long, it is well explained!

• There are 366 days in an Earth year
• Earth is 366 times bigger than the moon
• The moon is 27.31% of Earth’s size.
• The moon orbits the Earth once every 27.322 days
• The Earth’s speed used to be slowing down, but in 1999 scientists discovered that it had finally stopped and settled in 27,780 meters per second...
...which just so happens to be 1/10,000th of the speed of light in a vacuum.
• For every 10,000 Earth days, the moon completes 366 orbits around the Earth.
• 100 / 366 = 0.27322
• There are 109.245 Earth diameters across the face of the Sun at Earth’s aphelion;
• There are 109.267 Sun diameters between the Sun and the Earth.
• The Moon’s equatorial circumference is 10,920.8 kilometers
• The moon spins at a rate of exactly 1 kilometer per second at its equator. Very perfect. Not some random speed.
• The Earth rotates 400 times faster than the moon.
• The Moon is 400 times smaller than the sun.
• The Moon is 400 times closer to the Earth than the sun...
...and this allows for total solar eclipses, which do not occur on any other planet in our solar system.

In the book Dark Mission by Richard C. Hoagland and Mike Bara they claim with much evidence and research that NASA's true intentions for visiting the Moon was in fact to retrieve Extra Terrestrial artifacts left behind by far more advanced beings. That these artifacts were known to exist years in advance and their existence and retrieval were vital to National Security.
The Brookings Institution ( A Washington D.C. think tank) was consulted in 1959 to access the Space Program and among their findings this paragraph stands out:
“While face-to-face meetings with it [extra-terrestrial life] will not occur within the next 20 years (unless its technology is more advanced than ours, qualifying it to visit Earth), artifacts left at some point in time by these life forms might possibly be discovered through our [NASA’s] space activities on the Moon, Mars, or Venus.”
I propose that the artifacts suggested in the findings of the Brookings Institute were more than just speculation and were indeed known to exist. I believe that is the very reason NASA was created in the first place as a means of retrieving these artifacts. The Space Race, like 'The Cold War' were just public marketing strategies designed to produce the motivation and money to achieve various secret projects that the public would not approve of.
The Cold War created fear to keep the public motivated to continue to support the military allowing them to create massive underground cities, weapons and research to protect our leaders and public.
The Space Race also created National Pride and motivation to supply NASA with the funding necessary to reach the Moon. We spent little time there, never tried to set up a permanent settlement and eventually stopped going back even though we had the Equipment paid for and crews trained and ready to go.
In Dark Mission the author's provide many detailed photos and information by NASA showing cities and structures on the Moon's surface. They show photos that huge glass or transparent domes cover much of the surface. Their 'evidence' is compelling and extensive and goes a long way to reveal the deception that NASA has perpetrated on the public for more than fifty years. They also offer testimony that NASA itself is behind the Moon landing hoax!
Consider what NASA has achieved by reaching the Moon? Nothing!
Have they explained why we haven't been back? No!
Here is a conversation between Neil Armstrong the first Astronaut to set foot on the Moon and a College Professor at a NASA symposium years later.
Professor: "What REALLY happened out there with Apollo 11?"
Armstrong: "It was incredible, of course we had always known there was a possibility, the fact is, we were warned off! (by the Aliens). There was never any question then of a space station or a moon city."
Professor: "How do you mean "warned off"?"
Armstrong: "I can't go into details, except to say that their ships were far superior to ours both in size and technology - Boy, were they big!... and menacing! No, there is no question of a space station."
Professor: "But NASA had other missions after Apollo 11?"
Armstrong: "Naturally-NASA was committed at that time, and couldn't risk panic on Earth. But it really was a quick scoop and back again."
Armstrong confirmed that the story was true but refused to go into further detail, beyond admitting that the CIA was behind the cover-up. Why not go into more detail, was he afraid of the CIA?
Conclusions
I believe that we were allowed to retrieve these artifacts, nothing more nothing less. Knowing that those that retained control of the masses would not allow them to benefit anyone but themselves, to further maintain their control.
The Moon is an observatory and also base for those that still control this planet. While they maintain control through an invisible electronic shield designed to keep signals from reaching us, they will never let us off this planet or communicate with anyone outside their influence. It has nothing to do with the fact that we have nuclear weapons or that they have laws that prevent them from interfering with our species development.
It has to do with controlling the farm, pure and simple, it is about investment and return. How we conduct our daily affairs is our business, much the way a rancher cares very little what his cows and horses do on a daily basis. We will not be allowed to destroy the investment in a nuclear holocaust, but considering there are over 7 billion of us, limited warfare is allowed.
If we choose to spend our limited resources squabbling over them, so be it, but the overall welfare of the farm is essential.
The artifacts that were retrieved were to further advance electronic devices in our daily lives, from computers to cell phones, for the purpose of control. Feel free to believe what you like, but the research proves that what ever else came from our trips to the Moon the boom in electronics devices has practically taken over every facet of human existence from . . .
"That one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind."
The reasons we have not advanced beyond this planet, although we obviously have the technology to do so, is that we are not allowed to. The Moon, Earth's First Space Station was not put there for the benefit of mankind, but to keep a tight leash on the Earth Farm . . . ah but perhaps that will require another hub to explain!

Seriously, though. There are some interesting ideas here, to be sure. Great fodder for science fiction, definitely. Though many of the mysteries you proclaim are quite easy to explain.
Why does one side of the moon face us? Tidal locking. It is a well-established principle of the two-body gravity model.
Why have we not gone back after 40 years? We have, many times. Robots are much cheaper.

Interesting hub as usual. Why or who mis controlling us I'm not entirely certain, but I firmly believe that we are merely sheep on a farm to serve some more powerful master. As long as we remain in our little pens and are productive according to those the rule us, then we are free...
I've made many statements, however removing the blinders is progress and although we can shoot for perfection, progress is an improvement.
Yeah robots are much cheaper however Apollo 18 and 19 (I think) were already paid for and the crews trained and ready to go, a little before your time so I don't expect you to remember or know about them but it raised more than a few eyebrows even back then.
Kind of reminds me of both expeditions that were paid for and ready to go in the 1860's to search for Hollow Earth openings and Atlantis ruins that got nixed, because of the Civil War, good timing, Huh!

I don,t think NASA went to the moon, Technology is the ability to get the same repeat result using the same repeat mechanism.
Going to the moon is very important for NASA. You cant travel space without first going through the moons portal. The earth is like in a well, so they have to travel out of the well using the moons gravity field.
Rocket propulsion technology will not work.

Rocks that were 20billion years old...? The most generous estimate to the age of the UNIVERSE is 14 billion years old.

This is from the book 'Our Mysterious Spaceship the Moon' . . . the most generous estimate of our Universe by who? A human that barely live's a hundred years? The planet Earth has been around at least 4 billion years, but you would have me believe the Universe is only 8 billion years older, that is a pretty arrogant and presumptuous statement.
However since you call yourself a scientist then it must be true, as I bow and scrape before all who call themselves scientist, they would never lie!

In my opinion, science as we are taught it is just a way of rationalizing certain phenomena that TPTB don't want us knowing about. It's the perfect cover.
I believe it's a very strong possibility that they used secret technology to visit the moon and I also believe they've been many other places that we are not told about. For example, why did the Nazis have an antigravity device called the Andromeda-Gerat (Andromeda Machine)??
Using science as an argument is obsolete, it's like history. They only teach us what they want us to know or believe. I remember when I was a child when I first heard about astronauts travelling in space. I was so excited, I couldn't wait to get my hands on some books to find out what other life forms were out there. Then when I read the books everybody claimed there was nothing. This has always been unbelievable to me, it just didn't make any sense. I have never ever believed that we are alone, not since I was youngster.

There is a huge amount of data that supports my statement. Take a look at NASA's website (o wait...you don't believe them) or the institute of physics website (o wait...they are human...so they must be lying) BUT hang on...these are the same bodies that developed potassium-argon dating. So do you disbelieve them too?

There's a great video on Youtube of David Sereda and Boyd Bushman sitting down and talking antigravity, interstellar travel, Einstein, etc. All the information is official.
Coincidentally, I've just started reading a book called Intelligent Design which explains many of the scriptures in the bible that detail how satellites were placed in orbit to keep surveillance of us. This is all claimed by a contactee who I personally believe is genuine. His knowledge of flying saucers is accurate and he claims he was told by aliens what different relevant parts of the bible actually refer to in reality.

I have found that most people have an incredible fear of being wrong and when this happens it creates a form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder known by social psychologists as Cognitive Dissonance in which the fight or flight instinct is triggered.
This person then may deny the information and censor it from their World View or argue the point endlessly and illogically growing more and more emotional.
As a part time Umpire I see this repeated over and over again, and may be a form of insanity or addiction. I have learned to accept being wrong as a part of growing up and continuing to learn, one simple needs to alter their perceptions ever so slightly and accept the notion that they can be wrong and happy at the same time!

This is some of your best work yet! Very persuasive argument - I'm definitely wondering about these things more now. I strained my eyes really really hard looking at your 'nut-job' photos, but all I could see was a couple of little alien tripod UFO-looking thingies. But those are easily explained using Armstrong's testimony.

One thing that neither the Hub nor any of the comments address is the actual, commonly-accepted (and my favorite) theory of natural formation. I.e. two more-or-less earth-like planets colliding very early in the formation of the solar system, and being of nearly identical mass and composition and a glancing blow of particular angle and momentum, a near complete melt-down upon impact, which ejects a large portion of the molten mass into orbit. And later it coalesces into the moon as it cools and gravitates together. But again, that's just a theory...
Actually a good theory as I came across just that scenario in my research, but couldn't figure out how to say it and still keep the article at a readable length. One of the scenarios was that the Moon was made from the Earth's mantle in what is now the Pacific Ocean, either from extraction or a collision.

Righterone, your theory is more or less the supposedly scientific theory that we are officially taught. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's the correct one. As you say it's just a theory. The most common one.
The impact theory is the most plausible explanation for the moon's formation, and the GRAIL mission may soon provide some additional evidence that supports it.
The space station/artificial moon hypothesis is just silly without a shred of evidence to support it.
What about NASA's Lunar Anomalies Report which was made public in 1968 under the title document R277?
The research showed that NASA's researchers had observed almost 600 unusual events that took place between 1540 to 1967.
As my friends South of the Border like to say, Evidence! We don't need no stinking Evidence . . . that's why we call it speculation.

Another useful tool for both sceptics and believers is to find one error in another's thought stream and dismiss their entire argument. I saw quite a bit of that here, too. Now for my two cents worth:
I have a friend who passionately believes there was no moon landing and has shown me compelling evidence to suggest it was faked. You seem to suggest that the moon landing both actually took place and was faked. That makes perfect sense and I feel like an idiot for having never considered the possibility.
I quickly read all the comments. Correct me if I'm wrong, but none of the sceptics addressed either of these issues:
1) the size of the moon and its perfect orbit: while "tidal locking" may (or may not) explain why only one side of the moon faces us, it doesn't explain the other anomalies.
2) No sceptic addressed the issue of the conversation between Neil Armstrong and the professor at NASA.
Pseudo-scientific types, even those with college degrees, are still spoon-fed their facts. They are also spoon-fed their superior attitude. Very few are bold enough to break out of their conditioning and explore new ground. Isaac Asimov was one of those exceptions. He managed to maintain respectability by writing science "fiction" (speculation, really), while others are just denounced and ejected from the circle of the elite.

The Apollo landing scenario was fake but the retrieval action actually happened, that's my take on the subject. Remember the book I bought you advertised on your site, it had a lot of info in it that did not cast NASA in a favorable light.
One of the first things it explored was that NASA put out the Moon Landing hoax information to distract the nutards from the real conspiracy.
Armstrong will tell all on his death bed, unless TPTB toss him out a window like Forestall.
I believe Gruber boy shows promise, he may figure out he has been duped before a Tsunami sweeps down the Chesapeake Bay and turns Arlington into a lake, but just in case I hope he has some flippers!

I suspect that Neil baby probable had these memories implanted to keep the sheeple guessing . . . or maybe he did get there, who the hell knows?
Actually the whole point of speculation is that you don't really need to get your story straight, you can just throw a lot of guess work out there and let the sheeple decide for themselves.
If he did go to the Moon it wasn't during the Apollo missions. But a trained astronaut is a terrible thing to waste, so maybe he did make it there. What you need to keep in mind is that they have advanced spacecraft that the public has never seen, but to prove that Neil made it to the Moon would require proof they are not willing to divulge, so it is really hard to tell.
But either way it makes for a good story and if Rob hadn't of pointed out the inconsistency and I hadn't of commented on it you would have missed it, that thar is proof you really didn't read it, just scanned it.

It matters not to me whether it's fact or fantasy; I love both. It seems to me you put a lot of work into this and I love it. You do know how to string words together and keep me riveted. Blue: Any idea when the moon might have been put there? I'm trying to piece together an alien timeline, but have no time to do it, so I rely on you for my info.
The other day I was looking up solar flares and the possible damage they could do. One scientific site said a lot of fascinating stuff, amongst which was the possibility that a solar flare could destroy life on earth in the blink of an eye and that this might explain why Mars is now a dead planet. NASA, however, said it was "impossible." Impossible? Just goes to show how trustworthy info from NASA is.

Alex Collier claims the moon was towed into earth's orbit around 50,000 years ago from Lyra.
Another fascinating source about our solar systems history is The Terra Papers by Robert Morning Sky, but it is rather lengthy and hard to follow, so I would go with Dark Moon by the author of Only Planet of Choice Mary Bennett and the author of Two Thirds David Percy.

If your going to base your hub on a nutard's info like me your just asking for ridicule, especially after pointing out my inconsistencies.
Challenges of Change has some good history about the Moon in it, but I have read more stories about the Reptilians having used the Moon as a spaceship and supply base than any other story. That they put it in it's current orbit to control the climate and tides and that they ended up losing it to another group of aliens that now control it.
Who the hell knows, but if they need any volunteers I would love live there!

I've watched three or four interviews with him and he has confirmed many of my ideas about 9/11, the Dark Side of the Moon, that the Moon has some atmosphere, holographics and others.
I'm now rereading some of the Alex Collier material, as it pertains to recent developments in Space.

I'm reading material that says that the moon is wholly or at least partly hollow. I've read quite a bit on the hollow earth theory as well, including your hub. But the moon being hollow is quite astounding. The evidence supporting this is compelling. Great hub, by the way. Keep up the momentum!

I've finally had the opportunity to devote some time to "aliens," the hollow moon, etc. Fascinated by Alex Collier and am pretty convinced he's completely sincere. I've got a hub in mind, but until I find some time, can't elaborate. In the meantime, I read a very interesting "theory" on another site that goes something like this: Niburu was a false flag set up by the good guy "aliens" (actually a related species) in order to draw out the reptilians and it worked. According to this source, the control system as we see it now is just the clones or mixed breeds (I'm not too clear about this) like the Bush family, the royal family, etc. who are operating on their reptilian programming that are in charge now, but without their masters, they are running out of steam - hence the mass waking up from the stupor that seems to be occurring.
I'm pretty excited about all of this and wanted to mention it in case you or someone else has something to add to it, but like I said, I have little time right now.
Yep, distractions are always thrown into the mix. As I said in one of my hubs, the only way to fight propaganda is with more propaganda. Having the public informed could be detrimental to their operations.
Collier does seem sincere and genuinely concerned. He seems like a different man these days though. He looks different and his accent has changed dramatically. I did add some info to my Collier hub which may or may not indicate that Collier is no longer with us.
I believe his head was messed with while he was in prison (psychotronics perhaps) in an attempt to suppress the information. The whole conviction was probably a setup.
Have you guys heard about technology that is able to send viruses (the disease kind) through electronic frequencies? I recently read about this somewhere and can't remember where I read this, anyway the implications are stunning, considering almost everyone I know has a cell phone or some sort of electronic device.

I have heard of memetics or memes (mind-virus) being implanted via technology or through psychotronics. A way of implanting false memories but not actually biological virii.
I've read quite a lot about mind control via technology though. I believe people being abducted and chipped probably had a lot to do with it, though these days people do not need to be chipped in order to carry out psychotronic warfare.
I think I read it in the Source Field Investigations, but that is an intense book and may be difficult to find again!
When I was reading about it I didn't make the connection right away to cell phones and was thinking more about HAARP, but now I see why smart phones and Ipads (pods) have been promoted so much, if everyone uses one then chipping folks may not be necessary to deliver a plague or virus.
The public would never know that calling for help maybe the very device that kills them, in genius!
